Meet Priyanka, Your Online Personal Trainer

Hi! I’m Priyanka, the lead coach at FITasan. I believe every woman deserves to feel strong, confident, and empowered at every stage of her life. Yet as women, we’re constantly juggling careers, families, and countless responsibilities, leaving little time for our own well-being.

That’s where FITasan comes in. Our online training and fitness coaching programs are designed to be time-efficient, flexible, and results-driven, helping you reclaim your health without sacrificing your busy lifestyle.

Why I Started FITasan

There was a time when I, too, struggled with my health. I went from being slim and active to overweight and unhealthy. I know firsthand how frustrating it feels to try different workouts and diets that don’t work because they’re not tailored to you.

What I learned through my own transformation is this: one-size-fits-all fitness doesn’t work. Every woman has unique needs, challenges, and goals. Without the right guidance, it’s easy to feel stuck in a cycle of disappointment.

Thankfully, I pushed through, found what worked for me, and reclaimed my strength. That experience inspired me to create FITasan as a Yoga instructor, an online training space built to help women like you find lasting results.

FAQ

  • No equipment is needed to begin your online training, but as you grow stronger, our online personal trainer recommends adding small items for variety, such as a yoga mat, a light set of dumbbells, a jump rope, and simple props like a basketball or cushion, which most households already have. Here’s how you can get started.

  • Our Focused Weight loss program is not a “dieting program”. It focusses structured workouts, habit-building, and sustainable lifestyle changes designed to deliver long-term results. Guided by our certified online personal trainer, you’ll receive live group sessions and ongoing support to keep you consistent. Alongside fitness, we also provide weekly nutrition guidance with healthy eating charts and culturally sensitive desi recipes tailored to your goals. Check out our blog to get started.

  • Our online Yoga classes do not include nutrition guidance at this time. Nutritional guidance is only part of our focused Weight loss program.

  • We are located in beautiful South Charlotte region, however our online fitness coaches are located in different parts of the world. All classes are in local US time zone (EST)

  • While we are located on the East coast, our participants attend from all across the United States. Please get in touch with us to discuss suitable online training times( EST is 3hrs ahead of PST; 2hrs ahead of MST and 1hr ahead of CST)

  • Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced participant, our online training classes are designed to accommodate all skill levels. Guided by an experienced yoga instructor & online personal trainer, each session is structured to support your progress at a safe and effective pace. In fact, 75% of Americans say they find it easier to work out at home, making our flexible, online fitness coach–led sessions the perfect solution. If you're experiencing an injury, chronic pain, or a medical condition, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before starting.

  • Your online training subscription will be renewed on a monthly basis. You can start any day of the month and it would be valid for the next 30days. You can cancel your online training subscription by logging into your account via website menu or through the email you received during signup.
