Welcome to FITasan Magic! A place where we turn your "I have to workout" into "I want to workout."

Hi! I am Priyanka, lead coach at FITasan. I strongly believe that every woman deserves to be the best version of herself at every stage of her life. At the same time, I also acknowledge and accept that we as women are always juggling so many responsibilities. And in our struggle to balance these, our own well-being and self-care take a backseat. We as women need a solution that is not only time-efficient and flexible but also delivers tangible results.

Having undergone several challenging years grappling with my own health, transitioning from a slim, fit individual to an overweight and unhealthy state, I realized how unique we all are and how the same fitness approach cannot work for everyone. It's crucial to have someone who can guide us, who truly understands our individual needs and aspirations. Otherwise, many like me find ourselves trapped in a cycle of frustration, where we see no progress and start thinking of giving up and accepting things the way they are.

I was fortunate that my efforts paid off and I was able to reclaim control of my health.

My journey of overcoming the struggles inspired me to launch FITasan, my humble initiative dedicated to making a meaningful impact on women's well-being and fitness endeavors.

FITasan isn't merely classes for me; it's a promise to myself and to anyone who joins - a promise to help you feel and look stronger, fitter, and healthier than ever before.

FAQ

  • No equipment needed to begin with but as you grow stronger, it is advisable to have small items like Yoga mat, a light set of dumbells, a jump rope and some props like basketball, cushion which most households anyway have.

  • Our Focused Weight loss program is not a “dieting program”. It focusses on workouts and habits that you can form log-term and therefore have sustainable benefits. Having said that we do provide weekly nutrition guidance on healthy eating including desi recipes based on your goal example weight loss.

  • Our Yoga classes do not include nutrition guidance at this time. Nutritional guidance is only part of our Focused Weight loss program.

  • We are located in beautiful south Charlotte region, however our coaches ae located in different parts of the world. All classes are in local US time zone (EST)

  • While we are located on the East coast, our participants attend from all across the United States. Please get in touch with us to discuss suitable times( EST is 3hrs ahead of PST; 2hrs ahead of MST and 1hr ahead of CST)

  • Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced participant, our classes are designed to accommodate all skill levels. If you're experiencing an injury, chronic pain, or medical condition, it's advisable to consult a healthcare professional before joining our sessions.

  • Your subscription will be renewed on a monthly basis. You can start any day of the month and it would be valid for the next 30days. You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account via website menu or through the email you received during signup.
